Liars through and through!! I had an appointment tonight at 6:00 with Kenneth Jackson and left work early to place a deposit on a vehicle that I was promised only to be given some lame excuse that they no longer had the vehicle, although no one ever called me to tell me that before I drove there. Norm Reeves should be ashamed of their business practices! Unbelievable!! What a disgrace!

3/5/25: I am from out of state and I had a nail in my tire. My Honda is only 8 months old and has 16k miles on it. Okay, I replaced the entire tire because they told me that the nail had worn the tread. That was the first red flag. Bye-bye Norm Reeves Honda in Port Charlotte, no thanks or stars from your former repeat customers. Reasons are below: 01/28/2025 we found a certified 2024 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, we were shown a history car report from a different car. 01/30/2025 the car was ready to be picked up, we bought it, but neither a certification nor a correct history car report was given during the purchase. 01/31/2025 we went back to get missing documents to find out that the car was in TWO ACCIDENTS. I had purchased a used Honda passport from another dealership but it had to be brought to Honda for a recall on the fuel pump. After the recall was taken care of the car wreaked of gasoline the smell was so bad that the car was on drivable and it could not be kept in the garage. I would give them no stars based on my first experience with an issue since buying my 2024 VW Atlas in May. I have 1,206 miles on it and having a tire issue. Called today at 11:30 am and spoke to Natalie. She tried to get me a service advisor, but came back on and said none were available, could they call me back ASAP. I said sure… now 10:10 pm and no phone call… not impressed. Would never recommend.
We have bought three cars here and the process was long, but, had great salespeople. My issue is with the Service Dept. Took my car in Monday afternoon for an oil and transmission fluid change. This dealership is out to rip you off. Took my 2022 Pilot in for oil change. They told me that there was a screw in the sidewall of my LR tire which could not be repaired. They wanted $300 to replace it. There was only 8600 miles on the tire. Being a former mechanic, I declined and said that I would come back later. Checked it when I got home and the screw was not in the sidewall but in the tread. I had it repaired for $30. Will never be back to this dealer.
I'm a repeat customer and This dealership is going downhill fast!!! The sales portion at Vw is great, but then comes the signing disaster. Horrible service on the financial end that is done at Honda. Zero customer care.
First 10,000 mile service, and my last one at this dealership. I dropped my Taos off at 11:15 am and picked it up later that afternoon. Oil change and tire rotation, fairly simple. Went down to Honda with my aunt to trade her truck in for a cheaper newer car. Well they didn't have anything she liked other than a 2019 accord. So she went with that. We had Jayce as our sales associate and he was great except for the fact that he did not disclose that the car was in an accident with the previous owners.
