We started using them and have used them ever since. On this visit today our service advisor, Adrian Garcia, was amazing. We had our brakes changed and oil change and other small service items done. I am always skeptical when buying a vehicle... Probably why my previous vehicle I kept for 19 years. I needed a used vehicle for my daughter and found one that met my needs, but it was 2.5 hrs from my home. I communicated with David Reichert and felt comfortable to make the drive over. My concerns were addressed, the deal was straight forward, and I drove away with the perfect vehicle for my daughter. There was no pressure, no games, and no bait and switch. I wish I could add more stars! This is the best VW dealership I have been in. Brent was great, addressing concerns and keeping me informed. The techs were meticulous and did a great job on the service. No complaints like other places. I spoke a bit with Christian in the sales department, and overall, great too. I won't take the cars anywhere else, and if I purchase another one, it will be with Christian and this dealership.
