Promotion Dates: Entry into the July 4th Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) will be open from 12:00AM ET, 8/18/22 through from 11:59PM ET, 9/5/22 (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor: This Promotion is sponsored by Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte located at 1252 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33953 (“Sponsor”).
Who Is Eligible: To participate, you must, as of the start of the Promotion Period, (i) be a legal resident of the United States; (ii) reside within the state of Florida, (iii) be age 18 or older; (iv) have a valid U.S. driver’s license and Social Security Number; and (v) have auto insurance. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, promotion administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, and advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By participating, participants agree to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. Either (1) visit Sponsor to test drive a vehicle or have a vehicle appraised; or (2) enter by mail. ENTER BY MAIL: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address (if available) and daytime phone number (including area code) on a 3″ x 5″; card, and mail in a business-size (#10) envelope with proper postage affixed to: Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte, 1252 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33953, Attention B. Brookins To be eligible, mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/1/22, and received by 9/5/22. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged entries. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied, illegible, or incomplete entries will be accepted, and all such entries will be void. Limit: One (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. All eligible entries received will be entered into the random prize drawing.
Selection and Notification of the Winner: On or about 9/5/22, Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to receive the prize. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within five (5) days of their entry being selected. Within 7 calendar days of being notified of winning, the potential winner must pick up the prize at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Port Charlotte, 1252 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33953. If Sponsor, using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a potential winner within five (5) business days from the first contact attempt, a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner has not, or does not, comply with these Official Rules, then such potential winner shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible Entrants. Sponsor may/may not seek an alternate potential Prize winner in the event that the individual originally selected is disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize may not be substituted, assigned, transferred or exchanged, and is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value. Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit, release, and/or appropriate income tax reporting documents in order to receive the prize. Failure to sign and return any such requested affidavit, release, or tax reporting document or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.
Prize and Odds: One (1) potential winner will be eligible to receive a Weber brand grill. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $699. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable. Failure to collect or properly claim any of the potential prize in accordance with these Official Rules, or any violation of these Official Rules, will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes. Actual prize may differ from promotional images.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which govern all other communications, and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to the Promotion, which shall be final and binding. All entries and other materials submitted for this Promotion become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries, prize claims or acts shall render participants ineligible (and any associated entries and/or prize claims will be void). Any person who attempts to defraud Sponsor in any manner in connection with this Promotion may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In the event an individual wins the prize and is later found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to compensate Sponsor for the stated value of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entries will be void if found to be altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unauthorized or illegible in any way. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or who engage in conduct reasonably likely to threaten, harass, intimidate, bully, or annoy the Released Parties (defined below), as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participant grants to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor), its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers, and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, participant’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including without limitation hometown and state) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.
Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and any company of any kind associated in any way with this Promotion, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, printers, and advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, delayed, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or incomplete entries or prize claims. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. Released Parties are not responsible for any human, technical, typographical, printing or other error which may occur in connection with the Promotion, including errors in Promotion-related materials, in the printing or advertising of these Official Rules, the administration of the Promotion, the processing of numbers or in the announcement of winners.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
In Case of Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be submitted to JAMS for binding arbitration on an individual basis under its rules then in effect in the State of Florida, without resort to any form of class action, and determined by one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties, with the parties agreeing to share equally in the arbitration costs; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida.

Privacy & Name Removal: All information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.portcharlottehonda.com/privacy-policy/.
