The Nissan Altima comes outfitted with a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, but it falls a little short in comparison by producing 188 horsepower and 182 lb-ft of torque. The Accord and Altima each include high-resolution touchscreen displays mounted into their respective dashboards. These screens are used to select media during your ride.
